Booking terms

A booking made on our website can only be considered confirmed once you have received an email from Akine Dyioni confirming your booking. The same applies to bookings made via WhatsApp. Bookings made by telephone are possible and valid.
We do not currently require a deposit, but we reserve the right to do so if we experience too many last-minute

Cancellation of reservations

Reservations may be cancelled by telephone or email. Preferably 48 hours before the scheduled reservation date. After 48 hours before the scheduled reservation date, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund of any deposit paid.

Akine Dyioni reserves the right to cancel a booking made by a customer for the following reasons, which are not exhaustive:

• Serious illness or disability of one or both owners. In this case, two weeks’ notice of cancellation will be given, and any deposit paid on a booking will be refunded.
• Damage to the premises due to fire or severe weather conditions such as storms or other climatic phenomena that jeopardise the safety of guests. No notice will be given and the deposit will be refunded.
• Water and/or electricity supply disruption over a given period, making it impossible for us to carry out our duties. No notice will be given and the deposit will be refunded.
• Social or political events that may endanger the safety of guests and staff. No notice will be given and the deposit will be refunded.

Payment

The room rate can be paid on arrival, no later than the day of departure, when you check out at 11 a.m.

You can pay for your stay in cash or via Orange Money.

The house rules are included in the documentation provided in each room.
